Recent orders
seem to be better than the public sectors in terms of employee compensation. This is shown by the results of surveys from the United States Bureau of Statistics
which showed that the average cost of compensation to the employer in the private sector was $34.14 (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
there could be unrest or some of the workers would quit their current professions for better employment in other careers and organizations. For the case of employers
the private sector has the lowest paid workers and the highest paid workers according to the survey data obtained from the U.S Bureau of Statistics (2013). The highest paid workers in the public sector gets a total compensation of an average of $51.3 per hour while in the private sector the same worker would receive $46.30 as the hourly total compensation. At the same time on average
the average compensation for every worker in the civil sector was $30.84. This is the total wage that the employer lost for every hour worked by each worker based on average. The cost of compensation was high with some higher working levels such as the management professionals reaching $51.03 and lowest in sales and office workers each earning $16.62. Taking an average of the total wages earned by all these categories of employees brings the figure to$30.84. This compensation is a sum of salaries and wages
