The purpose of this discussion is to reflect on the principles and concepts presented in the course text Leading Change by Kotter. For this discussion, select a concept of interest from Kotter chapters 3-10, “The Eight Stage Process” (e.g. communicating vision, empowering employees, or the concept of short-term wins). Write a thread that integrates personal experience regarding the concept with current developments and best practices from industry.
The student will post one thread of at least 600-800 words by 11:59 p.m. (ET) on Sunday of the assigned Module: Week. For each thread, students must support their assertions with a text and at least four scholarly citations in APA format. Any sources cited must have been published within the last three years. Acceptable sources include scholarly citations from peer-reviewed journals, any of the course texts, and the Bible.

Analyzing a Leader of My Choice
You are required to analyse a leader of your choice that has inspired you. This should be a well-known leader, such as a business manager / leader, a political leader, a religious leader or any other leader. It should be easy to find information about them online, in academic books, journals or other sources available. If you choose a business leader, then this should be a person who has influence on organisational effectiveness and have had an impact on business success. If you choose a political or religious leader, then this should be a well-known person who demonstrated influence on their followers in society.
You will need to analyse the leader of your choice through the lens of theories, concepts and frameworks that are taught in this module. The poster will need to contextualise management and leadership theories drawing upon the module lectures and teaching materials presented in the following weeks:
• week 2 (classical approaches to leadership and management),
• week 3 (contemporary approaches to leadership and management) and
• week 4 (ethical and strategic leadership).
Assessment format: Electronic Poster. Size A1 for Poster, and an additional Reference list on a separate page. You can use PowerPoint to design your poster. Alternatively, you can use Adobe Express, Canva or other software.
Regardless of the software you use to create your poster, in a PowerPoint Presentation, Canva, Adobe Express or any other software, you must convert it to PDF before the submission. Do not submit the poster in other formats apart from PDF.
Word count: Minimum 600 and maximum 800 words excluding the main title, tables/figures/pictures and reference list.
Submission: Your poster should be uploaded to Turnitin as a single PDF. Your file must be less than 100 MB. Otherwise, it might not be accepted by Turnitin.

The detailed audit consists of a review and critical assessment of the destinations. The destinations are Clare Valley, Limestone Coast, Riverland, and Light Region. Each destination has a tourism plan or marketing plan and all of them are attached in the files to help you to take information from them and to complete the tasks.
The tasks are conduct a detailed audit of the marketing plan.
These are the requested tasks to do analyses (The detailed audit consists of a review and critical assessment of the destinations of):
1- Viability of target market segments (300 words)
2- Marketing mix (400 words)
3- Marketing communications’ strategies and Distribution channels identified (500 words)
The task is to conduct a competitive analysis of the destinations
Hint: The competitors (Limestone Coast, Riverland and Light Region) and the main case (Clare Valley)
Note: Expert and critical evaluation of the case through evidence of analysis of the viability of target market segments, analysis of the marketing mix, and effectiveness of the marketing communications’ strategies and Distribution channels identified.
The number of using references are not specified BUT maximum 10 and you can use the tourism & marketing plans of the four destinations as references.
So, it is ok to use additional information from other sources.
