1)List the client-specific nutritional/lifestyle imbalance – Diabetic – 55-year-old male family member ( with high blood pressure, acid reflux, sleep issues, bruises (also low on Vitamin B, Vitamin C and magnesium)
2) Create a nutritional/lifestyle plan to incorporate:
