Please I gave specific instructions that references are important, but they were missing from the revision. I stated in the instructions to cite the source. I have attached a document that shows the areas that must be referenced because plagiarism would occur. 

B7 means in bibliography number 7 

Also check all the references because some of the references are not in Vancouver format
