My Answer (for reference)
1.
1) Project in Ireland: lead team to redesign the library bookshelf for school.
2) Project in Mobile, Alabama: collaborate with different sponsors and work with my team to find out best solutions.
What I learn about myself: Patience, good communication, and set up a right goal for team.

1) In Ireland, we design a new bookshelf for Burren College of Art. While the new bookshelf was installed in the library, we felt pleased because the design really changes something different and meaningful. Few months later, we heard the feedback from school, the Ireland students were benefit to the new design bookshelf and satisfy to their library.

3. I think now more and more companies and designers are focusing on digital products design. However, the experience of physical product design could improve better details in some of design processes like user experience. I believe my experience, which is related to physical product design and factory experience trained me to find out more detail and great solutions. And then design a product with precise and interactive with customers.

4. Mobile studio: learn about how to communicate with sponsors, find out their needs, and factory experience to bring design ideas into reality world. The guitar design project trained me how to find out new ideas from existing items and learned the relationship between materials and manufacturing.
Ireland project: learn how to collaborate with project members from different cultural backgrounds. Thinking deeply about the product and environment, culture, and practicality.
