1. Identify two commercial problems that BRE have as a newly privatised business – explain your choice. (400 words) such as decrease in profit, competition
2. Identify 2 strategic HR issues and explain their importance to BRE (400 words) for example: Shifting leader mindset, harder to motivate
3. Outline your 2 key recommendations to the BRE Trustees on how the change could be handled differently. (400 words)

– Change and culture in organisation (the role of intersectionality and perception in change, the role of HRM in in the employee/strategy journey)
– Change management model ( John Kotter’s or Lewis Model)
