Jung Typology Assignment:

Go to the following link Jung Test Links to an external site.and complete the assessment . You will be provided a four letter personality designation. Go to the “Type Description” link below your results identification (it is on the left) and review it carefully, then state whether you agree or disagree with the “Type Description” section of the report, why? What personality type do you believe you would be most compatible with today (hint: it typically is not the same as you)? Have your significant other, family member, or closest friend also take the test and advise the results of their score and your subsequent conversation and analysis (important!).

Submit:

1) Your four letter type and the percentages in each category

2) The results of your Type Description considerations and your analysis of the description’s applicability to you personally

3) State what personality type you believe you would be most compatible with today. Why?

4) State your consideration and analysis of your friend/significant other results plus their type/percentages.

5) Finally, summarize how you see knowing “who you are” to be helpful in the Human Resources and relations realm as a manager. especially as it relates to communication?
